"Find your reasons for hope and let the guide you onward."
"We're destroying the world before we've even finished learning about it."
As someone who's pursuing a career in animal conservation, Jane has been a huge role model to me. This book proved that and gave me so many more reasons to admire her. She's really an incredible woman.
Listening to her tell stories (I listened to the audiobook) about being in Gombe/ experiences she's had with animals made me tear up. She has such a way of telling stories that really moves people.
I couldn't recommend this book enough! It explores so many important topics!
