If I find a Viking book, I’m going to read it. Karina Halle re-wrote an old book of hers and it was a fun one! 

Cherine’s (age 18) village gets torn up and savagely destroyed by Vikings. Everyone she ever knew is dead. And she was knocked unconscious and kidnapped by a scary warrior. 

“I didn’t know how to fight; I barely knew how to live.”

Rolf the Walker the leader and Erik the Axe (age 26) are childhood friends who also have vibes of distrust and more of a frenemies relationship. They both are quite interesting in this beautiful young woman they decided to keep and Rolf tasks Erik to “get her prepared” for Rolf. He’s got one month.. 

This is sorta a love triangle without the love part for most of the story and ends with it being MF only and an HEA. 

But the spice is mainly MFM…
