The first time I read this I gave it a two-star rating and I read it again, thinking I would feel the same way about it. I had issues with this book on every page, but I can't say it wasn't an addictive read. I found all of the characters incredibly dumb, from the way the Bea describes Dane in their first meeting to how quickly things heat up between the two. I have never read a more problematic book than this one, but I devoured it all the same and will no doubt pick it up again.
