Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life by Francesc Miralles, Héctor García Puigcerver

This book is a non fiction, self help, health book that talks about the Japanese way of living that allows them to live longer and healthier.
I think that if you have limited knowledge of Japanese culture, healthier practices or blue zones this is a great introduction to those topics.
I found the tips short and sweet and direct to the point which is super practical however, I did find the emphasis on young as a word selection instead of longevity quite of putting, but that is a personal pep peeve.
There also a yoga pose section that felt a bit like filler and I found myself skipping that part.
But again, if longevity and health practices are something you are looking on implementing, this is a good book.
