Admittedly when told this was a book about time travel I had low expectations, both the writing and the narrative qualities were truly beautiful. It was short and simple, but it managed to convey such complex sentiments and well as such delicate character development. I found the book captivating, with the varied character arcs all being unique and meaningful.
