This is the first novel in the Arly Hanks series and it was a good beginning, and I am looking forward to subsequent novels for deeper character development. The series promises to be full of quirky and humorous antics. The A well-developed plot led the reader down a false trail in the whodunit story line. The small town Arkansas setting contributed to plenty of small town humor holds the promise for future laughs in subsequent stories.
