I’ve been asking myself for the last few days why on earth I read this book. To say that I did not like it is the understatement of the year.  I honestly have no idea why I didn’t DNF it.  I’m not sure if it was a bad translation, or just weird writing, but it was the most 90s feeling book I’ve read in a while.  

 

Was this book a thriller or a horror?  Mostly, it was a slow burn to the strangest scene I’ve ever read…. But not in a good way.   I’m looking forward to returning this to the library, so that it can bother someone else.
