This book is so so dark - in its subject matter, in its descriptions, and in the way it comments on society. I really liked the way it was set up, how the world worked and how far the characters were pushed. But I also very much feel like I need to read a romcom now as a pallet cleanser, haha. Regardless, very strong book!
