I think the idea behind this series of books is much more entertaining than what actually comes out on paper. I can see there was a lot of thought put into the theory behind the story, but it's all just sort of thrown out there in one big lump without any description of why, or how. It's an easy read, which is nice. But, I don't really feel a connection with the characters. However, I'll still read the 3rd one, I doubt it'll get better, but, I'm invested in it now.
