I didn’t even realize the book had ended cause it was so good. The shock on my face when I turned the page and so acknowledgments-
I’m gonna miss this pair, they were so cute together. Enemies to lovers will always be my favourite romance trope, the chemistry, banter and energy between the characters was amazing and I can never get enough of it.
I really liked how Ann Liang incorporated serious topics such as people pleasing habits and how that can affect your mentality, childhood trauma and pushing yourself too hard without considering your health. These are all things that students deal with a lot and adults too, and the way she handled those topics and showed in her writing how bad it is and how you can positively restructure it was really good.
