Update Fall 2019-re-listen on Audible. If you’re having a tough semester there’s nothing better than an audio book of the Dempsey adventures. Started with Welcome to Temptation and then on to Davy. Bet Me is next.
I really enjoyed the Audible version. The narrator did a fine job and she continued Davy’s voice over from Welcome to Temptation. WTT is still my favorite of the Dempsey books but I like Tilda and her crazy family and I feel better that Clea is a little redeemed in this one. Evil blonde temptress is a cliche best avoided and I’m glad Crusie gives us her POV. Also a romance for a post-50 woman! Hurray!
