This was a lovely book, with romance done in a very sweet way.
Out of all the characters, I loved Gabriel the most, though the rest of the main cast is also great. Bridget and Sidney were particularly great for me too, and I liked seeing Gwen grow out of her shell.
I think some of the pacing was a bit rushed towards the end and I thought the political sub-plot was a tad harder to get to grips to (some of the motivations didn’t make sense to me because of how little we saw of those other characters).
However, as this was primarily a romance, I thought that aspect was very well done
