Coop Rawley is the ultimate cinnamon roll… with the dirtiest mouth. The things that come out of this man’s mouth should be punishable. The forbidden element(ex’s brother) made the tension that much hotter. I absolutely loved this couple. While Trix wants to resist, Coop is on a mission to prove that she was with the wrong brother first.

Trix has just moved to Cincinnati to open the PR firm that she and Maddison had been working towards for years with their celebrity football connections and clientele. Her father, the political devient, wants her to move back home to Seattle. Did I mention we get to revisit some of our favorite characters from Pick Six?! But being in the public eye can take a toll. Especially when the creeps come out, thinking they know you when they don’t. Anyone in the market for a parasocial relationship? Nope, didn’t think so. But with someone trying to make life harder, Coop demands Trix comes to stay with him and his daughter. After all, Lizzy, his 14-year-old daughter, absolutely loves Trix and her cupcakes.

The suspense/dangerous subplot was so incredibly well down. I didn’t know who the culprit was until they did. WILD. There are literally not enough good things I could possibly say about this book. 5 stars for now and for always. I absolutely love this series and can’t wait to see it continue. I’ve got my eye on who the next book may be about and everyone loves a tortured MMC.

Maggie Rawdon is the queen of sports romance. What I wouldn’t give to be able to read this book again for the first time. I never reread books but I would seriously consider rereading her entire catalog. I just love how these characters are interconnected between books and series. She has an amazing talent to be able to create a world that draws you in so completely. Her book boyfriends are superior. They are men amongst boys. The dirtier, the better.
