This book!!!! AMAZING!! The romance, the suspense, the banter.... everything about this book was so good!! I literally laughed out loud so many times in this book because of these characters!
I loved Rhodes! She was strong and was trying so hard to keep herself together after everything that she had been through. Anson was such a tortured, grumpy soul but was such a softie with Rhodes... well unless you were trying to hurt her, then he was all touch her and die! 🥵 They had amazing chemistry together. They were definitely meant for each other and then throw in the dog and it was just picture perfect!!!
And omg! That family was something else!! Lolli was a trip and had me laughing every time she was in a scene!! You'll understand when you read it!! 😂
As for the suspense... had no clue who did it... didn't even see it coming honestly!! But damn was it good! This is by far my favorite book of Catherine's right now and I can't wait for the next one!!!
