Fascinating! I always knew I was an intovert. However, I never thought about how this aspect spilled over into my work life (how much I hate break-out sessions at work and why I relish the quiet time when I get home). It also explains why my out of character personality (a physician who must shepard patients through difficult illnesses) often leaves me emotionally exhausted. This book explains the science and the social aspects of being an introvert and how introverts must navigate in a world where more than 50% of society are extroverts and a workplace that wants you to act like one. Kudos to Susan Cain!
