Book review:
Book: Faith and the Beloved
Author: Kochery C. Shibu
Faith and the beloved is a story revolving around three main characters, Alice Cherozil, Prem Rollands and Naithy Cherozil with some other leading characters like Arun Rollands, Tony D'Souza, Prakash Menon and others.
Alice Cherozil killed her stepfather and run away. She is genius in computers and mystery games. She is the daughter of Naithy Cherozil, a rich and successful business women. Naithy's life goes down when her husband, Jiza was killed in the blast in hotel Taj. After this accident, Tony D'Souza came in her life and he used to be a sex-slave of Naithy. Later, Naithy decided to marry him.
Arun Rollands was the one and only person in Prem's life. Arun was killed by the inspector and was presented as encounter. Arun's death affected his life completely.
The story takes twists amd turns when all of their lives collaborated with each other. Also, the interfere of ISI, ISIS and underworld gives it more interesting plot. But somehow the descriptions of some characters and their backgrounds are so elaborated that the focus from the main characters is lost.
It's an Adiaphorous read for me.
