I feel like I might be too stupid to really appreciate the beauty of this poetry. Or maybe not stupid, maybe just not literarily educated enough. Also, I don’t speak Spanish well. Which is a real bummer, cause I feel like these poems are way better in its original, native language. I enjoyed fragments of this book, there were some really pretty lines and paragraphs. But mostly, I felt like it went over my head, which made me feel a little dumb. Guess I’m going back to my tumblr girlies poetry
