Wow. These 70 pages got me almost as emotional as when I read A Little Life…. in a completely different way because I was more crying about the tenderness and magnitude of life and loving others. This novella is a story about a grandpa speaking to his grandson mostly about his life as he loses his memory. This hit a very sensitive part of my heart right now but Backman created such a beautiful, loving story in such a short time. Everyone should read this.
