The concept for this was really interesting, and the in depth exploration of mountain climbing as well as the idea of being stuck on a mountain with a killer really kept me reading, but the murder mystery itself was very predictable and much of the murder aspects I saw coming from a mile away. Overall pretty entertaining though! And I think the fact that the author actually summited the peak she’s writing about really adds to the immersion and the detail.
