I'm not sure how I feel about this book. I really liked the astronaut comradery, and the space stuff, and lots of the romance stuff, and some of the family stuff, but then I found some of the story choices baffling, didn't like the way some things were handled, and occasionally found myself sighing heavily because I just wasn't enjoying myself. Also,

I do not think that as many of the astronauts who died needed to die. We got the point with the first deaths. Growing to love characters even more while we already know their fate is not a reading experience I enjoy
