I didn’t take a star off for this, but I’m fairly positive I read the word “countenance” on every single page, sometimes twice.
Anyway, this is a great classic, definitely more accessible than some other.
Also, it was pretty uncomfortable that Frankenstein and Elizabeth would continue to call each other cousin (Elizabeth was adopted) but were set to be married.
