The main character spends the entire book cheating on a really "patient and good and kind" serious boyfriend, having detailed sex with someone she repeatedly makes clear she cannot stand. A character we are supposed to like is killed before we even get to meet him. Another character we barely know is killed outside of the main narrative.

The werewolf content was pretty interesting, and I liked the explanation of the wolfism being cyclical rather than the "full moon" thing.
There were some really good concepts- some good feminist lines to nod my head to.
It was a quick and easy read.

It was just somewhat disappointing. It could have been fleshed out so much more. I love the lore, the mystery... I wish this book went deeper. This seems like a cheap smut book written for fans of the paranormal.
