“It was as if the planets had aligned because finally I have found my one true love. The moment I laid my eyes on her, I knew that she was more than the sun and the stars. She was everything, and I was never going to let her go.” ೃ ᡣ𐭩 .𖥔˚

ೃ — He watches her sleep, writes her love letters, fixed up things around her house, leaves cash in her wallet, makes her wear a ring with their names on it. Tell me, is that too much to ask for? I decided to read this because of the dedication. The plot revolves around Lilith and how she hated that she escapes death when her family died. But little did she know that death was coming to claim her soul for himself.

First of all, the concept of the story was dark, creepy, and it literally gave me chills. It was also written poetically. To be honest, I don't know what to exactly feel about Lilith's personality. On the other hand, Letum was so intimidating, but dreamy, despite the fact that he is death himself. He has all the love languages, and he actually carried the whole novella. This is another proof that a morally gray man can win over a hero when it comes to books. My jaw was on the floor the whole time I was reading this. Plus, the spicy scenes were mind-blowing!

Lastly, the ending made me somehow confused. But overall, everything was great. I wish this book was longer because it has so much potential.
