i was shocked by how much i enjoyed this book. it was very much a slow burn, reading 10-20 pages a night before bed and i think that was the best way to consume this book. it starts off with a bang and then slips into the utterly mundane and boring. you then slowly dip further and further into chaos and insanity and confusion and it all ties together in the end in the most absurd manner and when it’s all over you take a step back to wonder how you never noticed how batshit crazy the characters became.
