I have missed feelings about this. I wanted to love it but I felt that this was too gruesome for me. But again, there is just something about Ava Reid’s writing that draws me in. There were a lot of scenes that were grotesque but because of the writing, it became somewhat horrifyingly beautiful. I am not sure if I am making sense here, all I am saying is that Ava Reid is now one of my favorite authors and I hope she writes a contemporary romance book in the future.
