This book was absolutely amazing! I'm always one for historical fiction and this really hit the spot! Mixing the real lives of John and Mable Ringling with the fictional lives of Rosamund Easling and Colin Keary and the rest of the circus performers made for a truly whimsical read. I thoroughly enjoyed the switches in perspective from Mable to Rosamund's story and seeing how they so perfectly intertwined. The story is woven with a beautiful amount of romance, wonder, suspense and courage.
It's definitely a book that I would recommend to all that love a cozy read for a chilly fall day. The story will hit all of the emotions from tears to laughter and the joys of romance and even a little suspenseful mystery here and there. It was one of my favorite books that I've read in a long time.
