i throughly enjoyed this book. i cant decide a favorite between bodies are for burning, you’re not supposed to be here, and where the flames burned emerald as grass. larocca’s writing is so packed full of beautiful yet terrifying imagery, a constant unsettling atmosphere with each page, and the skill to play with different formatting and always making it work. these are the types of horror stories that chill your bones and make you feel uneasy the entirety of the collection. i will never hesitate to recommend this to any of my horror-loving friends
