This series has all my favorite things. Two books into the series, we finally find out what happened to Ren's mom. Ren gets used to her powers and finally consummates the bond with another of her mates. However, I kind of wish she would punch West in the face a couple of times. He's been REAL close to being TOO much of a jerk to Ren. I am still enjoying the series, and I highly recommend the Audible version that strings them all together into one.
