Karin Slaughter is phenomenal!! Her 20th book and I believe this to be the most tormenting book she has written. Is was simply amazing.
This book is in her series about Will Trent; however, this book bridges so many gaps from the Grant County series that anyone could pick it up and be in love with it. For those fans of her Grant County Series that didn’t choose to follow Will Trent (why?), this is a DO NOT MISS book for you!
Talk about a blast from the past as the Will Trent investigates a possible serial killer that began back when the infamous Jeffery from Grant County started the initial investigation and thought he had captured the right person. The evidence has begun to show that similar patterns have appeared and maybe the wrong guy was locked up and the real killer is walking free. Sara’s duties as the coroner has never been so important than now, if they will be able to figure out who is bringing these women harm.
Look out for an explosive ending that you will NEVER see coming!!!
