This book follows Arthur Dent's journey around the galaxy following the destruction of Earth. Arthur is unexpectedly saved by his friend, an alien, Ford Prefect and the pair of them hitch hike around the galaxy. I didn't enjoy this book although I found the plot had a lot of potential but I didn't find the humour entertaining at all.
