I found this book to be extremely helpful without being condescending or attacking the reader for their problems. Rather, the author throughout the whole book explains what causes sleep problems and the solutions to fix it. This book should definitely be read as a whole and not to be picked over where you need it at--as in it would be difficult to flip to a chapter and gain what you need out of it without reading the previous parts. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to those that are struggling with sleep or want to learn more about how to make their sleep better.
