This is Book 2 of The Photographer's Trilogy.
Now I'm no expert, but I do love photography, so this book called out to me instantly, but unfortunately, I didn't read Book 1.
I don't think it impacted my experience with this one though!
The tagline pretty much sums up what you get with this amazing book, "A heartwarming second chances romance about believing we're all worthy of love."
Francesca is amazing. She's sassy... She's independent... She's sarcastic, oh boy, is she sarcastic... and I LOVE her!
Krish is incredible, too. He's loving and incredibly kind and caring. He is proper book boyfriend material ❤️.
I found Julia having a main character living and trying to cope with a chronic pain condition fantastic. For many, this is a debilitating condition that really isn't taken seriously enough... Too many take the incorrect belief of 'it's just PMS' and dismiss chronic pain as nothing more than that, so it was lovely to see it really hammered home what many have to go through monthly.
The backdrop that surrounds Francesca and Krish is the photography industry and while it wasn't a main theme, I found it fascinating having sneaky peeks behind the scenes of weddings and such - especially as Julia is a photographer!
From the word go, I was team Francesca and Krish from the word go... but will they have a happily ever after??
