If you are someone who has ever dealt with or currently is dealing with depression. This book is one of the most profound things I’ve ever read. Did it lay the philosophy on a little thick? Maybe but I liked it so 🤷♀️ it made me laugh, cry, and most of all reflect on my own life, and I think, as someone who usually reads either for school or escapism, that’s pretty phenomenal.
Moderate: Suicidal thoughts
Minor: Suicide attempt
