3.75 stars. let me first start with the good stuff. I loved ares and apolo. i found that both of their characters were super interesting and lovable, even though apolo had his moments and stuff.
so the bad stuff- the sentence structure and the descriptions were pretty terrible. i wanted to dnf this book in the beginning but then i did take into consideration that this is a literal wattpad so i gave it the benefit of the doubt. which is why i kept reading it… around the middle of the book i fell in love with it. something abt it gave me nostalgia idk if it was bc wattpad holds a place in my heart or something else. so i set aside the terrible writing and finished it. i felt like i binged through this book bc of how simple of a read it was which was kind of nice bc i felt like i haven’t read a book that made me feel something in a while.
ok so talking abt Raquel, i wasn’t a huge fan of her which sucks because i usually like the mc’s in books. i don’t know if the way the authors writing style was but i just found her character annoying.
and then towards the end of the book like the last 150 pages i felt like nothing was happening and got bored. i mean they literally hooked up and started dating within 200 pages which was underwhelming.
so 3.75 stars because it made me feel something again also longest review ever.
