Overall: 4-stars
Scarlett and Dev would've been my favourite couple in the series, but because of their lack of communication towards the end of the book, it's not my favourite book in the series.
Safety Rating: Safe with Exceptions
• No cheating
• No OM drama
• Does have OW drama
– Hero is in the midst of divorcing his ex-wife who ends up wanting him back.
• Does have the Hero and Heroine pushing each other away
• No separation
Possible Triggers: Yes
• Infidelity (not between the MCs)
• Death of parent from alcoholism
• Death of parent from a car accident
• Mystery subplot that explores the disappearance of a local 16-year-old girl... debating whether she was murdered or committed suicide.
Ending:HEA
