like i just genuinely don’t understand how suzanne collins did it. these books are simply brilliant and that’s all there is to it. the turmoil that katniss experiences from beginning to end in these books is so real and so raw and SO 17.
obviously i hate gale bc he sucks and i already know what happens but he fr is manipulative and annoying this time around. it’s like stfu actually like ugh.
peeta my whole heart and soul i will love u till the day i die like sorry!!!!!
also since i haven’t read these since i was 12, the depiction of the games is sooooo intense and soooo well written. also im bugging on how much of the book is EXACTLY like the movies, like they genuinely did a great job.
anyway on to mockingjay!
