This is my favourite Jennifer Weiner book so far. She's written a book that covers so many different aspects of motherhood, and I'm sure any mother reading it will be chuckling and nodding while spotting familiar moments, comments, and situations they've been in. From the anticipation of birth, to mothers-in-law weighing in with unwarranted comments and advice, to friends you find and lose after the birth of the baby, to the joys and turmoils of post-baby, this book covers so many things. I was on holiday in London, UK, when I read this, and I still remember going to a square in downtown London, sitting under a tree, and reading most of the book right there, and somehow in the midst of that bustling, amazing city, I was completely drawn in by the characters and situations that Weiner had created. A wonderful book, highly recommended!
