I really loved the idea of this book, however, I felt that it was not executed as well as it could have been. For me the plot seemed to be all over the place. There was insta love that I didn’t find super compelling, and I found the dialogue lacking.
I would love to watch this in the form of a rom com! The incorporation of clairvoyance and matchmaking was super fun! But I felt the book, while I enjoyed reading it, needed some polishing (dialogue felt stilted at times, some aspects of food and clothing were overly descriptive which pulled me out of the story).
I did love the characters and the family dynamics! Vanessa was a super fun character to read.
