This was a bit of a fever dream. The beginning was really solid and getting glimpses of the collapse of the world as the main character remembers her past was fascinating. Overall it was a bit too disjointed for me and I pretty much guessed what was happening to the Chosen and the Enlightened right away. The ending was ambiguous but not quite ambiguous enough for me. I enjoyed it but do have a feeling of disappointment since I could tell what was happening right away.
