The Perfect Husband by Lisa Gardner
2.0
I really want to understand the naming convention of Lisa Gardner's series. The first two books of the D.D. Warren series barely contains any D.D. Warren. This first book of the Quincy & Rainie series only contains a very small amount of Quincy. I like to read series in order, but I think I would have been better off starting at the end for both of these before heading into the backstory.
I hear this series gets better, so I'll hang in there a little longer. But this one was just okay. The most interesting and well-developed character was a side character. And the story itself seemed like it couldn't decide if it was going to be a thriller or a Harlequin romance.
