Going back to 2010 with this read! Despite how long the books and movies had been out, I knew almost nothing about this book (and I won’t include spoilers here 😉). “The Maze Runner” was fast paced and quite an exciting read. I was hooked nearly from page one. The characters were endearing and charming in their own unique manner. The language and vernacular utilized were fun as well. I can’t wait to see where the next book leads. The end of “The Maze Runner” set it up for a sequel beautifully and I’m sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for more!!!
Would recommend for: those who enjoy fast paced reads, or a dystopian society
