After clicking on a Facebook ad, I ended up getting the whole The Curvy Girls Club series... and it's been a fun, enlightening ride! As a person who struggles with PCOS, it was easy to relate to Rory's plight - and to the thought that I'm good enough and valuable enough despite the perceived deficiencies. Like other reviewers, I wish these books had been around in the early naughts; that young women in my life had aspirational literature with body positivity to assuage their insecurities and doubts.

Curvy Girls can do anything they set their mind to! Excellent gift for the young ladies in your life, and for the hopeless romantics willing to accept that love is not skin deep...
