Power Rangers Vol. 2, Volume 2 by Ryan Parrott

5.0

I really liked this book. Seeing the Omega Rangers deal with things like saving the universe in ways we hadn't seen the other Power Rangers deal with it. Drakkon made for interesting storytelling, as well.

I also really liked seeing where the rest of the Power Rangers universe was at this stage, which was season 2 of the original series. Things like SPD and characters such as Ecliptor and Astronema. That was a nice touch in this book that I hope is explored more.

This book started off as being somewhat independent of the overarching story that its companion title, "Mighty Morphin'," is. I thought that a strength of the book. But that changed with the final issue. Empyreals and Eltar are coming together in interesting ways.

I cannot wait to see how it all culminates.
