Hmmm..... This book is hard for me to describe. On one hand, I couldn't put it down, it did keep me reading. The first half of the book was really tense and I loved it. On another, after some reflection, there are some things about this book I have issues with.
For one thing, although the book is fictional, the ending just seemed unrealistic for the setting it is based in. isn't it like, the first rule of writing not to kill off your main character / narrator? I didn't like this.
Also, the main character is completely obsessed with guns, carrying her gun, cleaning her gun, describing her gun, etc. etc.. She's also, obviously, drop dead gorgeous, because why not?

Graphic: Gun violence
Moderate: Violence
