She feel in love with a man who just saw her as a friend -- well so she thought. 
He's engaged to another woman to advance his position in the family owned business - seal his appointment as the next CEO. 

Then, the woman calls off the engagement, very publicly, 
He decides to go rescue his friend and drunkenly marries her on a beach. 
Except he realizes he wants the marriage to be real, but needs to convince her to stick around.
He has no idea that she had feelings for him. 

It blows up. 
They get together to figure it all out.
