I loved this book!! I have loved more than one alcoholic in my lifetime and that was a large reason for me choosing this book. It was mentioned in another book that I read last year so I decided to give it a chance and I am so grateful that I did. My husband is a recovering alcoholic and I truly feel that I understand him a little better after reading this book. I found myself feeling so sympathetic for Caroline while reading this because I just pictured my husband. I read several pages to my husband and we both got emotional and he now wants to read it as well. I would recommend this book to anyone, but if you have a loved one or a significant other who has struggled with alcoholism then I recommend it even more!
