The Princess Bride by William Goldman

Did not finish book. Stopped at 56%.
I found myself skimming through half the book looking for sections that didn't have Buttercup or Humperdink in them, because those were the only sections that were tolerable. Buttercup wasn't even remotely interesting as a character, she was barely worth the ink she was given on the page. The "hunting expertise" of Humperdink was too much to even remotely be believable.

Westley and the other character were great though. Loved the interactions between them as Westley first followed them to rescue the unworthy princess. I even enjoyed the romp through the Fire Swamp, mostly because Buttercup didn't do much talking.
