read it right after heroes of ages and honestly it’s not as good as mistborn era 1 books. just doesn’t feel as impactful and the problems not as big? (i mean how to top overthrowing an immortal tyrant then stopping a god from destroying the whole world??) cool to see how the magical system changes though?!? the fight scenes are still 10/10 with allomancy (and feruchemy also hehehe) and also with the guns?!? adds another layer to the fight scenes. love the way wax drops bullet casings to steel push 😛 but other than that feels more like an intro to a bigger story that not much clues were given hm although the epilogue did hint at something
