Zikora by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

Zikora was an excellent read. Adichie captures the similarities between Zikora and her mother: two women who are abandoned by men they love but want to do the best for their child. Their differences in attitudes, love languages, communication, and understanding bring them full circle as one transition to mother and the other as grandmother when Zikora's child is born.
