Untouched by Lilly Wilde

4.0

This is the first of Lilly Wilde's books that I've read, and I'd be interested to see what else she has up her sleeves.
Untouched is about a strong-willed, feisty woman, Aria and her intern, Aiden Wyatt. When she first lands eyes on him, she can't stop the filthy thoughts from invading her mind, and when he winds up being her new intern, things get a little heated.
This a story about dominance, defiance and lust. From an early age, Aria had no plans to fall in love or have any kind of relationship, other than with her trusty B.O.B. Aiden's domineering attitude speaks to her and she finds herself bowing to his requests. No matter how hard she tries, she can't seem to get out from under his spell.
Untouched reminded me somewhat of Fifty Shades, purely because of the strong, dominant lead. It's not a trait I, myself, am drawn to, so I find it fascinating to read about. The ability to give up your control and leave it all in the hands of someone else, quite frankly, scares me! I may be a bit of a control freak myself ;)
Anyway, I had a rough idea of where the story was going to head, so I wasn't overly surprised by what transpired. The very end, however, did leave me wondering what was going to happen. I'll admit, I had to re-read the last few paragraphs to make sure I hadn't missed something.

Looking forward to see what the next installment has to offer.
